By accessing and using Valorant Data Lab ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

Valorant Data Lab provides data-driven analytics for the game Valorant, including agent matchup statistics, counter-pick recommendations, team composition analysis, map statistics, and leaderboards. Our data is derived from publicly available competitive match records.

User Registration

Certain features require you to register your Riot ID. By registering, you:

• Confirm that you are the owner of the Riot ID you submit, or have authorization to register it
• Consent to the collection of your public match data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Understand that your match data will be used to generate aggregate statistics

API Usage

If you use our public API endpoints, you agree to:

• Use the API for lawful purposes only
• Not exceed reasonable rate limits
• Not attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the API
• Credit Valorant Data Lab when using our data in your own projects

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All statistics, recommendations, and analytics provided on this Site are based on sample data collected from registered players. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. Statistics may not represent the entire Valorant player base and should be used for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Intellectual Property

The original content, design, and code of Valorant Data Lab are the property of its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site without permission.

Riot Games Intellectual Property

Valorant Data Lab is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. "Valorant," agent names, map names, and related imagery are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. All game-related content and assets belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operations
• Register Riot IDs that you do not own
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site beyond our public API
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Limitation of Liability

Valorant Data Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on statistics or recommendations provided herein.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
